General Rules |
- NO Swearing! This is a family event!
- NO alcohol or illegal substances allowed at the track!
- Absolutely NO Fighting!
- If you have a disagreement about the laps or time counted, go to the director of the race. What the director decides, goes!
- Cars/Trucks must damage the racing surface.
- No yelling at the corner Marshall's. They didn't wreck, you did!
- Frequency clips MUST be used when you turn your transmitter on. Clips MUST be returned when you have finished.
- Be ready to race. All racers must be ready to race when the race before theirs finishes. This does not mean that you start to get ready then. It means that when the race before yours finishes, you should be at the track, have the correct transponder in your car, and be ready to race.
- Respect others. This is a family atmosphere. Please, refrain from using inappropriate language. Remember that we are here to have fun.
- Once your race has ended, turn off your radio & car, remove the transponder & put it back in the charger, remove the frequency clip from your radio & return it to it’s home on the board, set your car & radio on a shelf or in tech, and get ready to marshal the next race. Please, do not return to your pit area until after you have marshaled.
- All drivers must turn marshal the race immediately following their race. If you are unable to marshal the next race it is your responsibility to find a replacement for that race. Marshals pay attention and be ready to move. Remember, marshal like you want to be marshaled.
- Race directors will have ultimate authority over rules enforcement. The primary basis for any rules decision must be based on what will be best for the majority of racers. If an item is not addressed in the rules listed here than you should assume it is not legal.
- Final decisions regarding legality are up to the race directors.
- Have Fun!!!

Legend |
The reason for the development of R/C Legends cars, and these rules
is to create inexpensive racing for beginners and experienced racers alike.
The whole idea is to put racing back to driving skill and care in car setup,
rather than money for the latest technology, the expense of which drives
most racers out of R/C racing.
